How to make beetroot juice
Here i share my own personal receipe of beetroot juice which is very tasty and easy to make so lets get started.
Ingredients.
1) One medium beetroot
2) One apple
3) One carrot
4) 2 lemon
5) Ginger
Directions :
1) Wash all ingredients in running water and pat dry them.
2) Peel beetroot into long slices. Cut apple into long pieces and make sure that you remove the core. Peel and cut carrot into long pieces. Cut celery into long pieces
3) Put container under the nozzle of a juicer and turn it on
4) Process all ingredients (beetroot, apple, carrot, celery, ginger) and squeeze lemon on it and enjoy your drink.
Conclusion
Beets are healthy no matter how you eat them or drink them. But making a juice of beetroot is a amazing and tasty way to enjoy them while on the other hand cooking beets decreases their nutrition value. If you don’t like beetroot juice you can add beets in your salad plate with lemon and some cabbage and cucumber.
